Can I ask, where you got the inspiration for this getup?

You can ask, but there's no real answer. I've got the tabard from Hydra. I made the surcoat from Valinor. The helm is a mix between a spartan helm (from rhun's 300 demo) and the helm from the cover of Tolkien's "The Children of Hurin." The sleeves are from nowhere... and chain is because I wanted to make chain. The shoulder piece was... I had strips of leather I wanted to do something with. After starting to weave them, I realized they'd go well on my shoulder.
:-D No unifying force behind it all. My next get up will be anglo-saxon inspired, though.

i like the overall lines, but the sleeve color seems like it would be better in black.
before you get too ambitious about expanding your chain mail, you may want to stage it to get used to the new weight gradually. if it makes you happy, i believe you need to oil chain that's not galvanized every time you may have sweat in it. if that seems like more upkeep then you want, don't start.
as far as pants? as a woman, i would advise against anything with a slit up the side in winter without serious leggings or even skinny jeans. you will feel it every time wrap pants gap. Hakama would give a bit more insulation, but to my eye they would be out of region and I think something closer to a straight leg or wide leg would be better for cohesiveness.
Head insulation as well as a cape can be covered via But trick. they have been making the same aline cape pattern for decades and it works well for ren, and it can also be made into a cowl easily. i think it's technical out of print this year, but second hand stores often have one. my version got an old mattress pad and walmart special grey lining the black coat wool and will hold up in negative temperatures comfortably, so you may want slightly less insulation. the ground dusting hem also makes that my camp blanket.
