Tails, you wouldn't happen to have a good guide on how to build one? I've got a spare length of kitspar that looks dagger sized, and I was thinking of making one.

I'll make one when I make Biku's, that is if biku doesn't mind waiting a bit for it.

I'm sorry that you don't know how to make a safe, cored dagger?

Thanks for the link, so basically just build a spearhead onto a shorter core?

you could, but cored daggers don't last as long. I also don't think there is a weight requirement on daggers, so there is really no benefit to having a core while on the other side it will be heavier and breakdown easier.

The tutorial in that link is for the current high end of spear tech, which is a design that lasts for a huge amount of time.

The tutorial in that link is for the current high end of spear tech, which is a design that lasts for a huge amount of time. It last longer because of the foam used for the tip, not becaue it has a core. Cores break down foam. Also meat, Green weapons don't have a weight requirement, nore do blues under 24"

It last longer because of the foam used for the tip, not becaue it has a core. Cores break down foam. Also meat, Green weapons don't have a weight requirement, nore do blues under 24" Which is why I said that the tutorial is for the high end of design, and it is such that it needs a core to compress down on to. But nothing I say is going to change your mind. W/e. Daggers last a goddamn eternity either way. That core is just going to ensure that it never folds in a gear bag and can let you make the center where you grip smaller than FUCKHUGE. Edit: And why is weight in a dagger a bad thing? Historically, daggers were VERY heavy to help the point penetrate. That's exactly what a heavy Bel dagger is going to do. Your stabs will land with better force because having a higher weight in your hand gives the shot more momentum.
