I contacted Shelia at the Stock Pavilion and we're back on the schedule for Sunday practices at the Stock Pavilion.
We have the building from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

So does anyone go to these? I stopped by today at 5:30 and no one was there. It was just on my way and I didn't have my kids or gear, but the doors were open.
I fought myself for awhile and thought about starting a foam fight club, but that just didn't seem like it would end well.
Would it be okay if I went there and fought with my kids and others (kids would have to have signed consent forms)?

yes, as long as they have waivers, you can fight.

Every Sunday I'm like MUST GO HIT THINGS. But they're one of my few days off from work, which means it's a good idea for me to hit the gym and ride my horse. I'm thinking gym + moose + fighting x all in same day = death. Sadly. But, what is the general turn out for Sundays? I wouldn't mind quieter days. I could use some drill-work, to be honest. Maybe knock out some old fencing habits that don't mix with bele.

I will try to go this Sunday with my kids (the long blond haired boys).
Jarvis, thanks, I had been thinking of trying to bring other kids into the mix, but at this point I think that parents really need to be involved. I won't try to add more kids unless their parents want to get involved, too much work.
I was concerned that someone would question what we are doing there if no one else is there. I don't want to get the group in trouble if we are just screwing around with a couple of kids.
I would much rather go on Sundays because Thursdays are very late for a school night.
Siren, can you fight us with your horse and a lance because that would be awesome (kidding I think)

Any chance Sunday practices are starting up in the spring? If not at the pavilion, do you know where? I have a friend local to Madison who's wanting to come check Bel out.
